Shipping Policy

Production Time

Every order is made specifically for you after purchase. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.

Shipping Times

After production, estimated shipping times are:

• Germany & EU: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. For example, an order to Germany may arrive within 5–12 business days from order date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free shipping promotions are applied automatically when available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

• Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation
• Allow 3 extra business days as delays can occur during peak periods
• Contact us at support@quoteimpulse.com if the order is significantly overdue

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages from different Printful fulfilment centres (e.g., one centre for apparel, another for mugs). You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
