1. About QuoteImpulse

QuoteImpulse (quoteimpulse.com) sells motivational merchandise produced on demand via Printful. We are based in Niedersachsen, Germany.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our site you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products

All products are made to order. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in colour and print placement may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand production. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely — we do not store payment card details.

6. Production & Shipping

Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner (Printful) within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination — see our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Cancellations

Because products are made to order, we can only cancel orders within 1 hour of placement. After production begins, cancellations are not possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on quoteimpulse.com are the property of QuoteImpulse. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuoteImpulse’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Niedersachsen, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
