All QuoteImpulse products are made to order specifically for you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection — please review size guides carefully before ordering.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We will provide a full replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • The print quality is significantly below standard
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Email support@quoteimpulse.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved claims will be resent at no charge or refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please check size guides before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Digital products

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — unless the product has been personalised or made to order. As our products are made specifically per order, the right of withdrawal does not apply per Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. However, your statutory rights regarding defective goods remain fully intact.
